By accessing or using the ArborLink platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Description of Services
ArborLink provides a platform for tree service companies, landscapers, and related professionals to connect, find resources, and buy or sell equipment. ArborLink acts as a facilitator and is not directly involved in transactions between users.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Registration:
You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities under your account.
3.2 Accurate Information:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
3.3 Compliance with Laws:
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
4. Listings and Transactions
4.1 User-Generated Listings:
Users may create listings for products on the Platform. You are responsible for the content of your listings and ensuring that they do not violate any laws or rights of third parties.
4.2 For Sale Page Restrictions:
Users are prohibited from posting services in the "For Sale" page. This section is exclusively for the sale of equipment and products. Any service listings posted in this section will be removed.
4.3 Direct Transactions:
All transactions and communications regarding listings are conducted directly between the buyer and seller outside of the Platform. ArborLink is not a party to these transactions and does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of any listing.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation:
You agree not to engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresent your identity or items, or post false information on the Platform.
5.2 Prohibited Items:
You shall not list or sell items that are illegal, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited by ArborLink’s policies.
6. Affiliate Links
The ArborLink app may contain affiliate links. These links may provide ArborLink with a commission for purchases made through them. The presence of affiliate links does not affect the price you pay for products or services.
7. Limitation of Liability
ArborLink is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions conducted outside the Platform. Users agree to resolve disputes directly with the other party involved.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArborLink, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
9. Termination
ArborLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms
ArborLink may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the effective date at the top.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **United States**, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
